Victorian House Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive St. Augustine, FL property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
DEPOSIT:
A 50% deposit will be collected for all room reservations or packages, with remaining balance to be paid upon arrival at check-in. We accept all credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express etc.
CANCELLATION / CHANGE:
At Victorian House Bed & Breakfast, we understand that situations arise that make cancellations/changes unavoidable. If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible in advance of your stay. Please note that our cancellation policies are a vital part of managing a small, family owned and operated bed & breakfast. If you must cancel or change your reservation, please note the following:
- A $50 fee will be charged for reservations canceled up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel or change the reservation in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
